In 2023, market rates have boomed up due to the inflation bought upon by the pandemic. Unfortunately, some of the market areas has not recovered pre-pandemic and such the prices have already increased.
Based on market trend in Metro Baguio, a typical "Bare" Finish ranges from PHP 20,000 to 29,000; a "Standard" Finish ranges from PHP 30,000 to PHP 35,000; an "Elegant" Finish will range from PHP 36,000 to 49,000; and lastly a "Luxury" type will start from PHP 50,000 onwards. These prices include only the structure and the finish itself. Site development works such as massive excavation, backfill, retaining wall or riprap works, pool, external gates and fences are not included in these prices.

After which, you may decide whether to pursue construction with another firm, on your own, or to continue with Calicona which will save you time and money.
Initially, we operate in Metro Baguio such as Baguio City, La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan, Tuba, and Tublay Municipalities. However, depending on the size and duration of the project, we also provide the same services throughout Luzon.
Moving forward to the current situation in Baguio City, several existing structures are required to secure building permits. Existing structures are still bound by the Building Code and other local codes and regulations. One of the major requirements of acquiring a building permit is that the structure should be either situated in a titled lot or have an award from the DENR for patented land. However, applicant or building owner should pay and update their tax dues (updated tax dec and no tax delinquency) with the municipality.
